Brewing recipes:

Cold brewed - use one portion of Nanyang to 8 portions of drinking water, combine in glass bottle or jar with lid, shake well and keep in fridge for 12-15 hours, filter and dilute to taste, with ice, water or milk. Cold brewed coffee will keep in fridge upto 10 days. Enjoy.

Hot brewed - use one portion Nanyang to 10 portions off the boil water (95-96C), combine and stir well, extract for 5-8 minutes, filter and dilute with water, fresh milk or evaporated milk+condensed milk for sweet treats.
